Yes. SGD payments are accepted via PayNow. MYR payments are accepted via DuitNow. There is no currency surcharge for either method. Pricing displayed in MYR on our website reflects the current rate.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and your approval before the site goes live. This protects both parties and ensures commitment from both sides.
No. The package price is the price. Domain and hosting are included free for the first year with every package. After year one, hosting renewal is typically SGD $50–$120/year depending on your plan. We disclose all costs upfront before any payment is taken.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun, as it covers the time and resources already invested. If work has not started, we will refund in full. Final payment is only collected once you have reviewed and approved the completed site.
Process & Timeline
Basic — 5 to 7 business days. Standard — 10 to 14 business days. Premium — 3 to 4 weeks. E-Commerce — 4 to 6 weeks. Timelines assume content (text, images, logo) is provided within 2 business days of project start. Delays in content delivery will extend the timeline accordingly.
At minimum: your logo (or we can design one), business information (name, services, contact details), any images or photos you want used, and a brief description of what the website should do. We will guide you through the rest via WhatsApp.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds — Basic gets 1, Standard gets 2, Premium gets 3. A revision round is a single collection of feedback submitted at once. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an additional cost, quoted per round depending on scope.
No. All projects are handled remotely via WhatsApp and email. We work with clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and internationally without any in-person meetings. Most clients find this faster and more convenient than scheduled calls.

Every package includes: 1 year free domain name, 1 year free hosting, SSL certificate (HTTPS), mobile responsive design, basic on-page SEO setup, Google Search Console setup, a WhatsApp enquiry button, website handover, and basic training on how to update content.
Yes. Once final payment is received, full ownership of the website, domain, and all associated files is transferred to you. We retain no rights or access unless you engage us for ongoing maintenance.
Yes. We provide basic training and documentation on how to update text, images, and other content. For clients who prefer not to manage updates themselves, we offer monthly maintenance plans starting from $30 SGD / RM 100 per month.
We can write basic placeholder copy to structure the site, but professional copywriting is not included as standard. You are responsible for providing your own text content and images. We can source royalty-free stock images where needed. Logo design is available as an add-on.

It depends on the package and requirements. Basic and Standard websites are typically built as custom HTML/CSS/JS and deployed on Netlify or a similar static host. Premium websites and e-commerce may use Next.js, WordPress, or a headless CMS. We recommend the best platform for your specific use case, not the one easiest for us to build.
Yes — always. Every site we build is mobile-first and fully responsive across all screen sizes. We test on Android and iOS before handover. In Singapore and Malaysia, mobile accounts for over 75% of web traffic, so this is non-negotiable.
Every site includes basic on-page SEO — correct meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, and Google Search Console setup. This is the foundation, not a guarantee of ranking. Ranking depends on your content, competition, domain age, and ongoing SEO effort. We offer SEO services separately for clients who want to actively grow search traffic.
Yes — included in every package. We integrate a WhatsApp chat button that opens a pre-filled message to your number. Contact forms on the site can also be configured to send submissions directly to WhatsApp rather than email, which significantly improves response rates.
Yes. We can redesign and rebuild your existing website while preserving your existing domain, content, and SEO structure. Migration is treated as a Standard or Premium project depending on complexity. Contact us with details about your current site for a specific quote.
Support & Maintenance
You receive full handover of all files, credentials, and documentation. We provide 14 days of complimentary bug-fix support after launch for issues directly related to our build. After that, ongoing support is available through a maintenance plan.
Yes. Monthly maintenance plans cover content updates, security monitoring, plugin or dependency updates, uptime monitoring, and priority support. Plans start from $30 SGD / RM 100 per month for Basic sites, up to $500 SGD / RM 2,000 for e-commerce. See the pricing page for details.
Within the 14-day post-launch window, we fix any bugs resulting from our work at no charge. Outside that window, fixes are handled under a maintenance plan or quoted per task. WhatsApp us and we will assess the issue and let you know the best course of action.
